Chromalloy Georgia is recognized in the industry for high-temperature vacuum brazing of complex compressor and combustor gaspath assemblies. Braze alloys, including gold/nickel, nickel/palladium, high temperature nickel, and electroless nickel, are utilized either singly or together in controlled vacuum braze cycles to join vane and shroud assemblies, abradable rubstrips and seals, and case assemblies.

State-of-the-art support processes such as waterjet stripping and cutting, wire and electrode EDM, spark erosion grinding, and robotic controlled flame and plasma spray processes are utilized to enhance finished part quality, minimize repair costs, and provide the shortest repair turntimes.

Chromalloy Georgia’s LaGrange facility is dedicated to the application of corrosion resistant coatings, including its patented pack aluminide A12 coating, and for stripping and plating processes.
